Job Description:
As an E-commerce Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our e-commerce operations and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to communication, TikTok account management, email marketing, customer support, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain communication channels with customers, suppliers, and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Create and curate engaging content for TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, drive sales, and nurture customer relationships
Assist with order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and documentation
Requirements:

Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar role in e-commerce
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in managing TikTok accounts and creating engaging content
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and experience with email marketing platforms prefer Klaviyo
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools
