JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-commerce General VA to join our team and provide comprehensive support in managing various aspects of our online store operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce and possess the skills necessary to handle tasks ranging from product management to customer service and marketing.

Sorting Collections & Products
- Organize and categorize products within the e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and navigation.

Product Import Spreadsheets
-Assist in the management and import of product data using spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


Email
Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, create, and execute weekly/bi-weekly email marketing campaigns targeting segmented customer lists.

SEO Blog Creation & Research
- Generate SEO-friendly blog content related to products, industry trends, and relevant topics.

Customer Service
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide product information, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Social Media Management
- Schedule posts and create social media calendars to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Engage with the audience on social media platforms.

Video Editing & Subtitles
- Edit videos for product promotions or informational content, including adding subtitles for enhanced engagement.

Event Planning
- Assist in planning and organizing e-commerce-related events, promotions, or sales.

Customer Loyalty Program
- Manage and promote customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and engagement.

Customer Feedback & Reviews
- Monitor and manage customer feedback and reviews, encouraging positive reviews and addressing concerns.

Data Entry & Reporting
- Perform data entry tasks and generate reports to track key performance metrics and insights.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Shopify Virtual Assistant
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, spreadsheet management, and email marketing software such as Mailchimp/Klaviyo or anything similar
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with video editing tools and various e-commerce management tools.
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and work independently.
