JOB OVERVIEW

We are an expanding E-commerce company in search of a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our operations, with a primary focus on customer service, order processing, and product management.

The right candidate must possess excellent English speaking skills, be a fast learner, have high attention to detail, and should have a lot of patience, as our company receives a variety of questions and inquiries.

Main duties include:
• Communicating with current and prospective customers through EMAIL, CHAT and PHONE channels
• Effectively resolving customer issues related to orders and other concerns
• Competent in managing order processing and fulfillment
• Capable of handling product management tasks
• Accurately recording orders and tracking relevant information
• Other basic operations and administrative tasks

Other preferred experience includes:
• Shopify
• Airtable
• ClickUp
• Google Workspace

I just want to make sure you are good with the following:
1. Payments will be made weekly through Remitly for the first month
2. There will be an initial 6-month probation period
3. 40-hour workweek (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
4. You will be able to work evening to early morning Philippines time (e.g. 10 PM – 7 AM) or from early morning Philippines time (e.g. 2AM - 11AM)
5 You have excellent English speaking skills and are good at speaking with customers over the phone
6. You will submit a report every day at the end of your shift (this is a must) with the following questions answered:
a) What did you do today? (detailed description)
b) What issues did you run into?
c) Is there anything I can help you with?
