Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant who specializes in graphic design and e-commerce to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design using Canva, extensive experience in building and managing Shopify websites, and excellent fluency in written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative and visually appealing graphics using Canva for various kinds of products (baby products, pool products, etc.)
- Help develop, launch, and manage Shopify websites, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience (specifically adding products to the website, fulfilling orders, and managing customer service).
- Perform routine updates and maintenance on Shopify websites as required.
- Assist in digital marketing tasks and other administrative duties to support the team.

Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills (giving updates on tasks, asking questions, etc.)
- Proven experience in graphic design, specifically with Canva.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage Shopify websites.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Special Requirement:

- A brief description of your experience with Shopify (do you have experience making Meta or Tik Tok creatives? Do you have experience with Klaviyo/ Email Marketing? (tell us a little about your journey and what you've learned along the way)
