De Wine Spot is a thriving e-commerce company with a focus on alcoholic beverages, including whiskey, wine, and tequila. We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy E-Commerce Specialist who not only excels in digital platforms but also has a keen interest in the world of fine spirits. This role is perfect for someone who appreciates the nuances of whiskey, the elegance of wine, and the boldness of tequila.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on our Shopify website, ensuring accuracy, attractiveness, and compliance with industry standards, particularly in the whiskey, wine, and tequila categories.
Handle customer service inquiries through Zendesk and Website chat with an informed perspective on our product range, especially in alcoholic beverages.
Create and draft compelling email campaigns via Mailchimp, with a focus on promoting our range of spirits.
Continuously update your knowledge of Shopify, Mailchimp, Zendesk, and trends in the alcoholic beverage industry.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Shopify, Mailchimp, and Zendesk.
Strong interest and knowledge in whiskey, wine, and tequila products and industry is a significant plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
