Founded by an entrepreneur with a successful track record in Italy, we are poised for rapid growth, aiming to reach 9 figures in annual revenue by April 2027. Our success will be driven by innovative products, cutting-edge marketing strategies, and a team of dedicated individuals committed to achieving exceptional results.

The Job:

Initially, you will be responsible for handling sales calls independently as we build our infrastructure and scale our operations. Your role will involve developing systems, processes, and the necessary framework to support our expanding sales team. As our sales volume increases, you will transition into a managerial role, overseeing a team of sales representatives and guiding them towards success.

Our sales calls primarily focus on nurturing customer relationships and providing assistance with purchases, including abandoned checkouts, declined transactions, inbound inquiries, and post-purchase upselling. While some sales may involve persuasion, our approach emphasizes support and guidance throughout the customer journey.

Working Hours:

You will be expected to work approximately 40/50 hours per week. Details regarding scheduling will be discussed collaboratively as part of the onboarding process.
