E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a Full-time E-Commerce Operations Manager for our rapidly growing Shopify Dropshipping Business. You will work closely with our CEO and eventually lead a diverse team of passionate professionals, including customer service and fulfillment representatives, product researchers, graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and media buyers. Your mission will be to facilitate a seamless workflow and optimize team performance.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with company goals
-Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluating applicants based on their interview performance and qualifications
-Identify and recommend improvements in business processes and operations to maximize efficiency and growth
-Optimize workflows by suggesting and implementing software solutions that enhance productivity and team management
-Act as the primary liaison for all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, addressing questions and concerns
-Establish KPIs and SOPs for various roles, monitoring progress and driving performance improvements

Requirements:

-Minimum of 6 months of Project Management experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar) is required
-Prior experience with Shopify and Asana is strongly preferred
-Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and recommend strategies to boost team productivity and satisfaction

-Ability to manage deadlines and achieve both team and individual goals
