E-Commerce Manager for Custom Print Shop - Innovative Design & Customer Experience

We are a flourishing print shop on the lookout for a skilled E-commerce Manager to join our team. This role involves selling custom-designed products across multiple platforms, including Etsy, Amazon, and our dedicated e-commerce site.

Our product range primarily includes signs and banners, alongside a variety of other printed items. While our approach shares similarities with Print on Demand services, we pride ourselves on manufacturing most of our items in-house. Our Etsy storefront has been successfully running for 8 years, while our core printing business has been established for over two decades. We excel in diversifying our product range and breaking into new markets.

Responsibilities Include:

Order Management and Customer Interaction:
- Customizing orders according to client specifications and providing design proofs for approval.
- Preparing and processing print-ready files.
- Managing communications for proof approvals and customer inquiries.

Product Development and Innovation:
- Designing new product templates, such as innovative "Happy Birthday Banners," for listing on Etsy, Amazon, and our website.
- Contributing to the design and prototype development of new product ideas.
- Producing digital renderings for product listings on our website.
- Product Research

Creative Design Tasks:
- Designing graphics for social media.
- Creating website banners and imagery to enhance our online presence.
- Developing logos and branding materials.

Daily Priorities:
- Ensuring prompt completion of customer orders and requests, with a focus on maintaining progress on open orders.
- Updating and monitoring project and task management boards.
- Once order-related tasks are up-to-date, the focus shifts to developing new product templates and online listings.

Working Hours:
- The ideal candidate will be available during our office hours of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), California, USA. We offer flexibility for the right candidate, provided there's sufficient overlap with our standard office hours.

Skills and Tools:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required, with additional experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva being highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Notion, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Dropbox.
- Use of Worksnaps for time tracking and monitoring.
- Effective communication via Skype, Whatsapp, or Upgrade to see actual info.
