The Role:

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the operational success of our dropshipping business. Your responsibilities will include product research, Shopify store management, order processing, customer service, and assisting with marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product research to identify trending and profitable products to add to our portfolio.
Assist in setting up and managing our Shopify store, including product listings, descriptions, and inventory management.
Process customer orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Support our marketing efforts by helping create and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with Shopify platform and social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
Excellent research and analytical skills to identify market trends and product opportunities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
Creative and proactive in problem-solving and improving processes.
Basic graphic design and content creation skills are a plus.
