We are seeking an experienced French Copywriter to join our team!

About the Role
As a Facebook Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on the Facebook platform. Your primary objective will be to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue through strategic ad placements and audience targeting.

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive advertising strategies tailored to each brands
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify audience segments
Create compelling ad creatives, copy, and messaging that align with client objectives and resonate with the target audience.
Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad performance and maximize ROI.
Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS) and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Utilize Facebook's advanced targeting capabilities to reach specific audience segments based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences.
Segment audiences and tailor ad messaging to effectively communicate with different customer personas.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum ROI.
Monitor spending patterns and adjust budget allocations based on campaign performance and client objectives.
Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, key insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing Facebook advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of driving results
Managed over $100K monthly ad spend in the last 6 months
In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other advertising tools and platforms
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines
Previous experience in leading a Marketing team is preferred
