JOB OVERVIEW

Document Editor & Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to edit client application documents for our company. This is a remote position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

- Accurately copy and paste information from client applications into editable documents (Adobe, Word, etc.)
- Meticulously edit and format documents according to provided guidelines
- E-fax or email edited documents to clients in a timely manner
- Update client information, files, and due dates in our CRM system
- Communicate with clients via text, email, and potentially phone regarding their applications
- Use Asana project management tool to track tasks and stay organized

Requirements

- Extreme attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and basic image editing
- Comfortable learning new software and systems (CRM, e-fax, Asana, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for working remotely

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or administrative role
- Background in legal, financial, or client services industries
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM
