Dispo Manager for Land Deals

We are looking for a go-getter with a strong English and the ability to problem-solve effectively. If you are passionate about real estate, proficient in using digital project management tools, we want you on our team.

The right candidate will be adept at utilizing digital tools such as ClickUp or has some knowledge of similar project management software to streamline and monitor the disposal process efficiently.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the end-to-end dispo process of land assets using ClickUp; you must be a confident english writer & speaker as sometimes you need to pick up the phone to call a builder to buy a property
- You will analyze deals that are submitted in our pipeline, you will determine if we have a buyer for those properties and then send to buyer
- If we do not have a buyer; you will call and send emails to try and get a buyer
- If we do have a buyer; you will connect with buyer to try and get under contract as fast as possible
- Create & send blast emails for properties we have that we have ready to sell (we will teach you how to do this in our software)
- Negotiate with buyers to ensure profitable and efficient transaction closures
- Create relationships with key real estate market players, including potential buyers and professionals


QUALIFICATIONS:
- (Preferred) Experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar role with a focus on land assets
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, particularly ClickUp or similar project management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong command of the English language and excellent virtual communication skills
- Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with the company and client schedules.
- Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and project management skills, with a detail-oriented approach suitable for remote work
- Ability to independently solve problems and adapt to new situations or information
