Dispatcher/Virtual Assistant

I am a looking for a full time dispatcher for my locksmith company in Portland, OR, USA. Must have experience with customer support and a quick learning (to be able to learn nuances in a very niche trade)

Will also be in charge of scheduling and some level of bookkeeping. I will also be giving out bonus based on performance.
