We are at an inflection point in our growth curve and are searching for a Digital/Web Project Coordinator to join us on our journey to become a major global beauty brand and hit the $100M mark within the next 3 years.

Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various marketing projects related to web/app development, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Timeline Management: Create and maintain project timelines, identifying key milestones and deadlines.
Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress on projects.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.
Quality Control: Conduct quality assurance checks on marketing materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address issues that may arise during project execution, proposing solutions to overcome obstacles.
Analytics: Assist in gathering and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Support Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management and marketing, suggesting process improvements as needed.
Other tasks as needed identified by the manager.

To Be A Good Fit For This Job, You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Previous experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ClickUp).
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Our ideal candidate is:
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques.
Experience with graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
