JOB OVERVIEW

Kia Orana from the Cook Islands.

We are Snorkel Cook Islands. A snorkeling tour operator based on Rarotonga in the Cook Islands. We were established in 2018 as a one man operation and have grown into the country’s leading tourist attraction.

Duties include:

**Facebook:**
Content Creation:
Develop engaging and visually appealing posts tailored to the target audience.
Create a content calendar outlining post topics, themes, and schedule for publishing.
Community Engagement:
Monitor comments and reviews daily and respond promptly and professionally.
Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
Analytics:
Use Facebook Insights to track key metrics such as reach, engagement, and audience demographics.
Analyze data to identify trends and inform future content and advertising strategies.
**Instagram:**
Content Creation:
Curate visually appealing photos and videos consistent with the brand's aesthetic.
Plan and schedule posts using Instagram's scheduling tools or third-party apps.
Hashtag Strategy:
Research and use relevant hashtags to increase discoverability and reach.
Monitor trending hashtags and incorporate them into content when appropriate.
Stories and Highlights:
Create engaging Instagram Stories to showcase behind-the-scenes content, promotions, and announcements.
Organize Stories into Highlights to provide easy access to evergreen content.
Engagement:
Respond to comments promptly to foster community engagement.
Interact with followers by liking and commenting on their posts.
**Google Business:**
Profile Optimization:
Ensure all business information is accurate and up-to-date, including address, phone number, website URL, and hours of operation.
Add photos and videos to showcase the business and enhance the profile's visual appeal.
Customer Reviews:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews to enhance the business's reputation.
Posts and Updates:
Share updates, promotions, and events using Google Posts to attract potential customers.
Regularly update business information such as hours of operation and holiday hours.
Insights and Analytics:
Use Google My Business Insights to track user interactions such as clicks, calls, and requests for directions.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**Viator/TripAdvisor:**
Listing Optimization:
Ensure the business listing is complete and accurate, including descriptions, photos, and contact information.
Optimize the listing with relevant keywords to improve search visibility.
Customer Reviews:
Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Viator and TripAdvisor platforms.
Address any concerns or issues raised by customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Special Offers and Promotions:
Create special offers and promotions to attract potential customers and encourage bookings.
Update listings with seasonal promotions, discounts, and packages.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor performance metrics such as views, clicks, and bookings.
Analyze data to identify trends and adjust strategies to improve listing performance.
