Digital Sourcing Specialist

This is a full time job which requires 40 hours a week. Our company is growing fast and we need young talent who are willing to grow with us long term. We are immediately hiring two sourcing positions, with the need for a buying manager and VA manager in the next 3-6 months, and would prefer to hire from within.

You will be required to find 5-10 new flips per day using different sourcing methods. I am looking for someone with great knowledge in manually sourcing. You must have prior Upgrade to see actual info takes 2+ months to train a new employee, therefor I want only experienced people with Online Arbitrage.

You must already know how to use various sourcing methods.

Your next test- please tell me what type of sourcing methods you are already proficient with, and what methods you're still learning or simply familiar with.

This wage is a starting pay, similar to a probationary and training period. We give raises after the first month, then semiannually thereafter. We have many opportunities for raises, bonuses and promotions. You should expect that I will respect your time, as I understand there are growing pains for everyone. I am not interested in any resume's, but would love to schedule digital interviews starting immediately!
