Digital Media Virtual Assistant Required - Travel Wellness Brand

We are seeking a talented Virtual Assistant to join us Part Time (30 hours per week) at an exciting new Travel Wellness business.
You will be a big part of growing our business with tasks related to marketing, administration, sales and operations.

KEY TASKS:

Wordpress Web Design
Social Media Management
Content Creation

Email and Data Management
Customer Service

Example tasks include:
- Create, schedule, and manage content on various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube).
- Engage and respond to community and assist in building online presence through Social Media, Blogs and Email.
- Work on WordPress websites, making updates, ensuring the website is working and visually appealing, assisting with the integration of functionalities such as optimized SEO.
- Assist in managing our email communications, including customer inquiries, newsletters, and communication with partners.
- Data entry, research and updating spreadsheets
- Seeking new potential partners, affiliates, agents destinations or sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

Software Proficiency (REQUIRED) - Wordpress, Google Workspace, Canva (minimum) and more.
Social Media Management and Content Creation (REQUIRED) - Social Media posts, Blog articles, Graphic design
Good English - Speaking and Writing (REQUIRED)
Reliable, Adaptable and Creative
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Useful) - FB/Google Advertising - Travel Industry Experience
