Digital Marketing Specialist and Chatbot Builder

Seeking a driven and creative Lead Magnet Specialist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering value. A resourceful, hardworking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to producing high-quality, engaging lead magnets. Your role will focus on researching, developing content, and designing captivating lead magnets such as eBooks to attract and engage our target audience.



No two days will be the same, but some of your responsibilities will include:
-Researching topics, trends, and interests of our target audience to inform the creation of compelling lead magnets.

-Developing content for lead magnets that resonates with our audience, encourages engagement, and drives conversions.

-Designing graphics for lead magnets, ensuring they are visually appealing, consistent with our brand, and optimized for conversion.

-Collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure the lead magnets align with our overall strategy and campaign goals.

-Managing the lead magnet creation process from Research to completion, including feedback loops and revisions. Concept will be done by the marketing team.

-Ability to analyze and interpret data to guide content and design decisions.


Requirements:
-Strong research skills to identify trends, gather insights, and ensure content relevance.

-Excellent design skills, with proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva) for creating engaging and professional PDFs/eBooks.

-Ability to produce compelling and persuasive copy.

-Hardworking and coachable attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to feedback.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.

-Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

-Initiative and proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

-Familiarity with digital marketing principles and how lead magnets contribute to marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.

-Experience in digital marketing or content marketing is a plus.
