JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and optimize our digital marketing efforts. As an ecommerce brand specializing in women's fashion, we are committed to providing our customers with the latest trends and high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify, Google Ads, Google Paid Search, Instagram/Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO):**
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into digital assets.

**Paid Search:**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.

**Social Media Advertising:**
- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the social media specialist and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with the ecommerce manager to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Partner with graphic designers to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the social media specialist to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.

**Analytics and Reporting:**
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of SEO, paid search, and social media advertising initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and improve overall digital marketing performance.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards to communicate key metrics and progress to stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Shopify, Google Ads, Google Paid Search, Instagram/Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Proven track record of successful SEO strategies and paid search campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience in the DTC, women’s fashion, or retail industry is a plus.
