Key Responsibilities:

Social Media
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create a content calendar and scheduling posts across all social media accounts.
- Create and schedule 2-4 social media posts per week using Canva.
- Prepare and analyze reports on social media engagement and growth, campaign results, and audience insights to inform future strategies.
- Proactively engage and message followers and respond to messages, interactions, and likes.
- Proactively message influencers or related companies via posting or DM to increase social engagement.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and provide recommendations on social media strategies and how to grow social audiences.

Google AdWords and Yelp Advertising
- Design, implement, manage, and optimize Google AdWords and Yelp campaigns including keyword research, ad creation, budget management, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance on a daily or weekly basis.
- Leverage Google Analytics to provide insights on user behavior, website traffic, and the effectiveness of different content types and advertising strategies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all platforms.
- Monitor customer reviews and write responses to negative/positive reviews.

Public Relations
- Assist PR rep with PR news, submissions to journal competitions, etc.
- Act as a liaison between our PR rep and web developer when we must add PR news on the website.

SEO
- Assist the web developer to optimize website SEO.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
