We are an Australian company seeking to hire a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee our social media and Google Ads campaigns effectively.
COMPETENCIES
• Strategize, create, monitor, maintain, and optimize a high volume of campaigns across social media platforms and Google Ads.
• Create and execute
• Oversee performance growth, managing campaigns to meet ROI goals.
• Continuously analyze performance and report on digital campaigns.
• Efficiently manage budgets across all platforms and campaigns.
• Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives, calculating Cost Per Leads, projecting spend, and adjusting to demand and seasonality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Vast experience in social media platforms, Google Ads, and digital marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills for planning, managing details, executing tasks, and time management.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for continuously improving skills and staying abreast of industry news.
• Excellent team-player, willing to act on behalf of the entire company, not just their own team.
• Must be comfortable in an independent working environment and able to take full accountability for projects and tasks.
Advantageous if applicants have:
• Google AdWords Certification.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
