JOB OVERVIEW

We at Soar Marketing are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to effectively reach and engage our target audience, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to specific campaign objectives and target demographics.
2. Create engaging and compelling content for use across multiple digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
3. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including scheduling, budgeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
4. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously optimize campaign performance and effectiveness.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
8. Communicate regularly with clients or stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with campaign results.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign creation and execution.
2. In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively convey ideas to diverse audiences.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Experience working in a freelance or remote capacity is preferred.
8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
