Job Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Project Manager at MediaJel, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the onboarding process for their digital marketing needs, building strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition onto our digital marketing platform. Key Responsibilities:

Pixel Generation: Generate and implement pixels for tracking and analytics purposes, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to pixel implementation, tracking, and data discrepancies, providing timely and effective solutions to customers.
Customer Support: Engage with customers through Slack channels, emails and video calls to provide real-time assistance, answer queries, and troubleshoot technical issues they may encounter.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to digital marketing, Twitter ads and social media buys, pixel generation, tracking, troubleshooting and utilizing these knowledge to provide Twitter and social media strategies and comprehensive technical guidance and support to customers.
Issue Documentation: Accurately log and document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions in a CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive and organized knowledge base for future reference.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, customer success to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Customer Education: Proactively educate customers on pixel generation best practices, data tracking, and troubleshooting techniques to empower them to resolve common issues independently.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing support processes, tools, and resources to identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the overall customer support experience

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
· Proven experience in client onboarding or customer success management, preferably in the digital marketing or software industry.
· Strong digital marketing technical background with experience in digital marketing concepts, tools, and technologies.
· Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong project management and organizational abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
· A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
· Results-driven with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
