Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (e.g., Instagram,
Create compelling high-quality written and visual content content tailored to our target audience of Black women, including graphics, inspirational and empowering videos, and written posts.
Manage day-to-day activities on all social media channels, including posting, monitoring comments/messages, and engaging with our community.
Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
Coordinate and execute
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts and to develop compelling
Monitor
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually optimize our strategy and performance.
Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of social media,
Assist in developing partnerships and collaborations with influencers, organizations, and brands to expand our reach and impact.
Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.
Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
Requirements
1. Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media and website management, preferably in a related field such as wellness, lifestyle, or empowerment.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with a focus on Instagram,
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling and content creation.
4. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva) and analytics platforms (e.g.,
