Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in managing and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, digital advertising, content creation, and email marketing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand’s online presence and engage with our customers.

Position Type:
Full-time 40 hours per week

Salary Range: $1280 per month

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management ????:

Manage and grow Surepaint’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Facebook Ad Campaigns ????:

Plan, create, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Google and Bing Campaigns ????:

Develop and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.
Perform keyword research, create ad copy, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

WordPress Management ????:
Update and create WordPress pages and blog content to keep our website fresh and informative.
Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligns with our marketing strategies.


Email Campaigns ??:
Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating new emails, organizing templates, and segmenting email lists.
Develop and distribute monthly newsletters to engage with our audience and promote our services.

Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in social media management, PPC advertising, and content creation.
Familiarity with WordPress, including page updates and blog content creation.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better performance.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
