Digital Marketing Assistant

Looking for a Marketing Assistant:

What You Will Be Doing:
- Generate and analyze regular campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing team
- Set up new display advertising campaigns according to specified targeting, creative, and budget requirements
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, engagement, and offline visits
- Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis by making adjustments to targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve efficiency and ROI
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in display advertising performance
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with campaign implementation or reporting
- Regularly updating our CRM Upgrade to see actual info with relevant campaign information
- Ensure that all display advertising creatives are up-to-date and in line with the company's brand guidelines

What We Are Looking For:
- Advanced proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience maintaining a CRM

This position requires working US daytime hours, with Mon-Thu in the office and Fri working from home.

Applicant must have a laptop as we require everyone to bring their equipment.

The office is located near Ayala Business Center.
