We are experiencing unprecedented growth and are using this opportunity to invest in building a differentiated strategy phase for us and our newly established agency clients.

For this role, we want you, the Digital Marketing Assistant, to not only continue to execute the current strategies that have resulted in our top-performing organic SEO results but also to elevate the strategy phase of our Organic SEO, including adding social media and ads deliverability, especially in regards to LinkedIn and Google. You will work directly on our company’s website and also, with strategic accounts to drive creative Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising strategies that exceed business objectives.

The Digital Marketing Assistant needs to have experience in and be an expert in Content Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and LinkedIn advertising and be responsible for driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to our and our client's goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a small niche portfolio of B2B clients. You will be a fully autonomous remote Digital Marketing Assistant overseeing strategy development, content creation, tactical execution, and management of social media and digital ads. Content is one of our biggest needs.

Do you have a unique outlook on how Cyber Security and IT companies can improve their social advertising in a noisy marketplace? If yes, we have a couple of requirements.

Requirements

* 3+ years experience in delivering white hat SEO top rankings, paid social, preferably in a digital agency with a heavy focus on B2B, Goggle & LinkedIn, including paid social strategy development, execution & client relationship management
* Deep experience with LinkedIn Advertising
* Knack for ideating unique campaigns focused on value props...that are valuable
* Bonus points: expertise in convo ads and leveraging ClearbitX to drive success on FB
* Keen understanding of financial modeling and LTV: CAC analysis for capital allocation
* A unique perspective on how to drive value for MSPs and MSSPs
* Direct paid social client management including paid LinkedIn strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
* Strong data analytics and strategy background, including experience using Google Analytics
* Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to executive audiences
* Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as HubSpot.
* Comfortable talking about Marketing/Sales Operations stacks including: Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce
* An understanding of basic ABM strategies
* High-level Excel proficiency
* Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forests, and ecosystem
* Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills
* An eagerness to work as a member of a fast-growing team

Responsibilities May Include:

* Build & optimize Google/LinkedIn/FB campaigns for B2B clients in Cyber Security and IT/MSP
* Refine agency best practices and teach other teammates about platform knowledge and B2B strategy
* Work directly with Directors and C-Suite on strategy, sales, beta testing etc
* Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients' KPIs
* Develop a paid social strategy based on client-specific goals
* Actively test and analyze targeting, ad creative, landing pages, and positioning to drive results in line with client's goals
* Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
* Partner with clients to consult on overall digital marketing strategy
* Create quarterly business reviews & other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities
* Follow paid social industry trends, contribute to our agency blog, and help train our campaign management team
