The Marketer is responsible for assisting the Director of Home Care in shaping it’s marketing department, running our Google Ads account, Social Media campaigns and creating compelling content.

Working with offshore

Qualifications

Required:
• Created, implemented and maintained marketing campaigns
• 2 Years Google Ads experience – creating campaigns and hitting conversion goals
• 1 Year experience with Social Media marketing, primarily with Facebook Ads
• 1 year experience with creating content for marketing (blogs, pictures, videos, infographics, etc.)
• Demonstrates a "growth mindset," with a proactive attitude towards learning and improving skills, coupled with a strong sense of personal responsibility and initiative in achieving goals.
• Demonstrates strong research skills, with the ability to proactively seek out information, resources, and solutions independently when faced with challenges
• Excellent communication skills – excellent written and spoken skills
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Superior research skills to
• Must be able to work Pacific, US time zone (1pm-5pm) Monday through Friday

Desired:
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with inorganic marketing techniques such as google ads, Facebook ads and yelp
• Experience with email marketing campaigns
• WordPress Experience - Ability to maintain and update company website
• Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
• Flexible - responds well to changing priorities and conditions within an ever-evolving environment
• Home care sales, account management or general sales experience

Your Day to Day Activities

The Marketer is primarily responsible for running Google Ads, keeping the agency brand together, and creating content for the agency. Specific tasks include:

• Run Google Ads to obtain eligible leads
• Meet quarterly targets for number of marketing leads
• Develop, organize, and manage marketing campaigns and plans
• Execute marketing strategies across various channels
• Research different strategies when campaigns are not achieving results including (but not limited) to seeking training, consulting colleagues, and conducting online research to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics
• Work closely with the sales team and digital marketer to maintain agency messaging is consistent
• Create marketing content – blogs, videos, pictures, ad copy, etc.
• Research and create plans to increase social reach and leads
• Maintain brand across all marketing channels
• Assist with Virtual assistant tasks to assist with operational activities
