Position Title: Digital Marketer and Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer and Virtual Assistant to join our team and spearhead our digital marketing efforts and manage the flow of business.

As the Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services across various online channels.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising. Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns are essential for success in this role.

Proficient use of Clixlo, Go High Level, Click Funnels software.

The Digital Marketer will collaborate closely with team and drive growth and revenue.

Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and drive engagement integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Have an understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and familiarity with emerging platforms and trends.

Additionally, you may be required to assist with research projects as needed.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as
strong organizational abilities.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

This is a remote position, and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to multitask are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
2. Manage all aspects of digital and social marketing campaigns with the use of use of Clixlo CRM software., including planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
3. Create and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
4. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
5. Curate and create high-quality content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email, to engage audiences and drive conversions.
6. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website user experience, landing pages, and conversion funnels to maximize results.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role, with a track record of successfully executing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
2. Proficient use of Clixlo, Go High Level, Click Funnels software.
3. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
4. Use of analytical skills and understanding in digital marketing analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively communicate campaign insights and recommendations.
6. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative digital marketing campaigns.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
9. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
10. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
11. High degree of reliability and attention to detail.
