JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Implementation Specialist to support our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing online advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta, Bing, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, possess excellent analytical and technical skills, and be able to drive effective online advertising strategies. You will work alongside Bloom’s internal team to outline the strategy, recommendations, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns for our clients.

Overall Role Requirements
Proven track record of developing paid advertising campaigns that drive client-identified objectives and priorities.
Proven track record of driving, managing, and reporting on digital advertising efforts.
Possesses exceptional initiative, organization, and commitment to quality client service and deliverables accountability.
Quickly learns new tools and manages time effectively.
Demonstrates knowledge in ad copy development, audience targeting research, keyword research, conversion action implementation, and campaign performance reporting.
Understands website metrics and best practices.
Good at problem-solving and communication.

Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising campaigns that align with client-stated and identified goals and objectives.
Set performance targets and outline KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Collaborate with Bloom teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to gather ideas for innovative digital marketing approaches and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform features, emerging technologies, best practices, and tools to support the work.
Participate in research and/or review provided research to identify and ensure proper target audiences, gain customer insights to strengthen approaches, and understand the competitive landscape to create differentiation for clients.
Plan, execute, manage, and report on Google Ads (ex. Search, display, Performance Max).
Plan, execute, manage, and report on Bing Ads (ex. Search)
Plan, execute, manage, and report on social media ads (ex. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Plan, execute, manage, and report on videos (ex. YouTube)
Implement conversion points and optimize user/conversion funnels.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
Collect, prepare, and report on all digital campaign results ensuring reports not only showcase data but share what the data means and provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
Identify trends and insights to inform optimization of spend and performance.

Make recommendations on any website or social media platform improvements to support the success of ad campaigns.
