Digital Designer (Adobe Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop)

Skayl, a leading digital marketing agency based in the UK and servicing clients across the UK and USA, is expanding its creative team! We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Designer who is highly experienced in Adobe software suite including Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Animate.

The Role:

As a Digital Designer at Skayl, you will play a critical role in shaping visual communications across multiple digital platforms for our company and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to create compelling and effective designs for Facebook Ads, social media creatives for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn graphics/videos for personal profiles, website graphics, email graphics, and iconography.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and produce engaging graphics and video content for a variety of digital platforms including social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and be ready to apply modern design trends to our projects.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and Animate.
- At least 3+ years of professional digital design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills and creative video production.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
