OVERVIEW
Catalyst Content (Australia) is seeking a talented, passionate and experienced Digital Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team PART TIME (20 hours /week) with the strong possibility to grow into FULL TIME (40 hours /week). You will play a crucial role in creating digital ad campaigns that align with our clients' goals and marketing strategies. Your work will directly contribute to growing our clients' brand awareness, lead generation and conversions, helping their businesses reach their target audiences and grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design single and multi-platform Digital Ads campaigns at the strategic level
- Set up and manage ads accounts for our clients (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, etc.) and linking them to Catalyst Content’s ads accounts
- Set up and manage ad tracking code, pixels, Conversion APIs and Google Tag Manager
- Link ads and assets to analytics platforms
- Set up, manage, run, actively track, report and optimise ad campaigns and ads, including retargeting, look-alike audiences, etc.
- Creating and linking live reporting dashboards for our clients
- Collaborating with internal and external writers, designers, videographers, SEOs and other stakeholders
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in front-end development and plugin technologies.
- Advise Catalyst Content and its clients on best practices


ABOUT YOU

- 3 - 5 years proven PPC experience across all above-mentioned platforms
- 3 - 5 years proven PPC campaign success for Australian or Western European or North American companies in financial services, B2b businesses, engineering services, law firms (higher priority) and retail B2C businesses (lower priority)
- Must have a university degree in a relevant field (i.e. Bachelor of IT, Marketing) - not short courses.
- Must have experience working with Australian (or other Western) companies for 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Other related marketing skills and experience is appreciated
