JOB OVERVIEW

Assist with :
Morning planning meeting on Zoom or Teams Mon-Fri 8:30am New York Time (EST)
Manage calendar
set appts
Small event management (5-20 people)
Keep up with work and personal todo list
handling various online and email tasks necessary for my job.
Willing to try out and explore new AI tools

Must have desire to grow with the job and assist with hiring and managing other specialists as needed.

Skills preferred
Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace Suite
Trello for projects and scheduling
Hubspot
ChatGPT and other AI tools
Familiar with Notion, the note taking app.

Either use these tools or can manage someone to use them for us.

Email
marketing platform like ConvertKit or Mailchimp (or able to manage someone who has this skill)
Any automation products: Zapier, MindStudio, Bernard, etc. (or able to manage someone who has this skill)
