Job Description:
As a Remote Restaurant Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to answer phone calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and accurately enter orders into our Toast software system. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers from the Upgrade to see actual infont they call to place an order.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
Assist customers with menu inquiries, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
Accurately input customer orders into the Toast software system.
Provide information on order status, delivery times, and restaurant policies.
Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers.
Collaborate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Keep up-to-date with menu changes, specials, and promotions.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the restaurant or food service industry.
Proficiency in using Toast software or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for handling phone calls.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
