Dental Claims/Billing Analyst

Hello!
We’re a dental practice with 2 locations in Minnesota, US, CST timezone. We have an operations team based based in Ph and dental team in the offices in the US.

About the job:
• Create and submit claims in a timely manner
- Check for rejected claims and resubmit
• Create a billing report on all claims
• Appeal denied and rejected claims, track status, and follow up until they are paid
• Work with health plan insurances closely and resolve all unpaid claims in a timely manner

Work:
• 40 Hours/Wk at least 60% of the hours need to be during CST
• $8-10 per hour depending on skill sets and experience.
•Looking for someone that wants a long term job and works well with a team
-remote
-We use time doctor for logging hours worked

What specific things do you need to be good at to do this job well?

• Expert in dental claims management, submissions, appeals
-We use Curve Hero dental software- if you haven't used it, you need to be comfortable watching the tutorial videos and SOP to learn it
• EXPERT in proactive communication with the team.
• Get a lot done, fast and well.
• Respectful and accountable.
• Continuous learner who deeply values personal development.
• -proficient with google sheets
