We are seeking a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to assist with our delivery and inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent English written and speaking skills, logistics experience, strong organizational skills, and a dedication to excellence.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Create and manage delivery gigs for contractors based on order information.
2. Contact delivery contractors to ensure instructions are followed.
3. Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate resolutions.
4. Save and organize delivery pictures for record keeping.
5. Manage inventory purchasing and tracking.

**Qualifications:**
1. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
2. Experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new software.
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
