Data Mining and Cold Calling

We are a real estate wholesale company located in North Carolina USA.
Our Acquisition department actively finding houses for sale. This role is for the Disposition department:
I am looking for someone to constantly look up public records such as county websites, Secretary of State, Zillow, etc., and then do Skip tracing to find active real estate investors/ buyers to add to our Cash-Buyers list (and provide us their email address).
Everything will be taught, including the data-mining methods, skip tracing and cold-call scripts.
While prior real estate experience is a plus, it is not needed.

What I do need is an EXCELLENT ENGLISH with (almost) NO ACCENT.
Also needed is:
(1) Availability of high internet speed and VPN.
(2) Good proficiency in surfing the web and learning quick how to navigate specific websites
(3) Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

After mastering the basic skills, the vision is for that person to also be active in our social media websites to interact with investors and be part of real estate investment groups (we provide) and find cash buyers who are active in those groups.

Need to be available during Easter Standard Time hours (East Coast USA). That's when the calling happens.
