Data Input and SOP Creation

I am looking for someone to do some data entry from emails and filling out webforms. Esentially you are taking the data from an email and putting it into a form for me. I am also looking for someone who can take training videos and turn them into written SOP's that are easy to read and understand. Would prefer someone who can speak good english that way when we do need to chat on zoom we can communicate efficiently. I currently have 3 VA's that work for me and looking for my 4th. So i know you read this put in the heading of the message to me "4th VA Ready To Work".
