Data Entry and Adobe Indesign

I'm looking for a meticulous person to join me on my entrepreneur journey. I recently launched a PR company in Dubai, and the most important pillar in this industry is our database. I look after clients from different industries like fashion, hospitality and automotive - and each one requires a different scope of work.

Here's an example of a day in the life of the person who will join:
- I'll forward different profiles on Instagram, influential profiles, influencers and press, from the GCC region, and you will enter them into the database (excel sheet or google sheet) and fill in the cells with their First Name, Last Name, Instagram Link, number of followers, their job description, their email...

- I'll ask you to put together a coverage report. I would take screenshots of stories on Instagram or links featuring our clients news, and I will save them in our folders. You will need to fill in the template with the images and the information like links to Instagram, circulation numbers...

- I'll ask you to save some inspiration in a presentation for reference like gifting ideas, cool activations, cool people to collaborate with ...

- I'll ask you to put presentations together like lookbooks, influencers cast...

- I'll ask you to update the portfolio with coverage for our clients.

- It's a plus if you can also write press releases, news alerts.
- It's a plus if you know how to use Mailchimp.
- It's a plus if you know how to take care of our social media.

The person I'd like to hire needs to work quickly but neatly, needs to spot mistakes and mis-alignments, and needs to be super meticulous and attends to detail.
