Opportunity: Experienced Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist who is not only experienced but also meticulously detail-oriented, and who possesses a proven track record of efficiency and accuracy in handling data.
Your Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data entry or a related field.
- A proactive work ethic, capable of both independent and team-oriented tasks.
- Strong proficiency in English with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with various database applications.
- A tech-savvy individual with a documented history of quickly mastering new software tools.
- Excellent documentation skills to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Demonstrable expertise in maintaining focus and organization while multitasking.
- Previous work experience in customer engagement via social media is a plus.
- Experience in the dental industry is advantageous, though not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precise management and entry of customer data with zero tolerance for error.
- Facilitate customer transitions with efficient data migration and onboarding assistance.
- Professionally handle and resolve customer inquiries via calls and other channels.
- Work in tandem with the product team for issue identification and resolution in data-related matters.
- Develop, refine, and maintain support documentation, contributing to the knowledge base.
- Actively participate in internal software testing, offering valuable feedback for product refinement.
- Perform a range of administrative duties to back up the software team's strategic goals.
- Foster and sustain strong client relationships through regular assessments and proactive follow-ups.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Preferred schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM AEST
