JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented eCommerce Data Analyst & eCommerce QA Manager to join our team on a part-time Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data from our eCommerce platform and identifying trends and opportunities to optimize our online sales and customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing the quality assurance (QA) process for our eCommerce platform, ensuring that all features and functionality are functioning correctly and consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze eCommerce data, including sales data, customer behavior data, and product data, to identify trends and insights that can inform decision making and drive online sales growth
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement strategies to optimize online sales and customer experience
Manage the quality assurance process for our eCommerce platform, including testing new features and functionality, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with development teams to resolve issues
Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify and address any issues or concerns related to the eCommerce platform
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce data analysis and QA management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, data science)
2+ years of experience in eCommerce data analysis and/or QA management
Proficiency in SQL and Excel
Experience with eCommerce platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Peel Insights, Google Analytics)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with A/B testing and optimization
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of web development technologies (Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)
Strong programming skills with APIs and json files.
Strong skills with Google Sheets, including Google App Script and Excel.
SQL experience, which includes database design, manipulation and querying.
Experience with Big Data Platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive and NoSQL Systems.

Attention to detail: As an eCommerce QA Manager, it is important to have a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues with our eCommerce Upgrade to see actual infomunication and collaboration skills: You will be working closely with various teams, including marketing, development, and customer service, and will need to be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with these teams to drive results.
Adaptability and flexibility: The eCommerce landscape is constantly evolving, and you will need to be able to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills: The ability to think critically and find creative solutions to problems is crucial in this role. You should be able to identify issues and work with the development team to find and implement solutions.
