Job Title: SAP Crystal Reports Expert

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented SAP Crystal Reports Writer Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and maintaining Crystal Reports to extract, transform, and present data from SAP databases and other sources. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SAP Crystal Reports to meet business requirements and stakeholder needs.

Gather and analyze user requirements to create custom reports and dashboards.
Create complex reports with data visualization techniques to present information effectively.
Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand reporting needs and provide solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for reports, including technical specifications and user guides.
Provide training and support to users on accessing and interpreting reports.
Stay updated on industry best practices and new features in SAP Crystal Reports.
Assist in the migration of reports to newer versions of SAP Crystal Reports or other reporting tools as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP Crystal Reports development and administration.
Proficiency in SQL with experience in querying and manipulating data from relational databases, preferably SAP databases (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP ASE).
Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and SQL optimization techniques.
Experience creating complex formulas, sub-reports, and cross-tab reports in Crystal Reports.
Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects platform is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
