Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to our products and services.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide appropriate solutions, especially in the areas of electronics and car audio.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and resolution of issues.
Collaborate with other tea
Requirements:
Experience using Gorgias for customer service or technical support roles, preferably in the electronics or car audio industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using customer support tools and software.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Availability to work full-time on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
