JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with experience in the Shopify dropshipping field to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email correspondence, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer emails within 12 hours, providing thorough and helpful assistance.
-Utilize ChatGPT for email translation and compose replies in the appropriate language if necessary.
-Proficient in using Upgrade to see actual info and WhatsApp to communicate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless handling of inquiries and orders.
-Manage notes for refunded orders and resend items, ensuring accuracy in all transactional details.
-Maintain meticulous attention to detail in handling numerical data to facilitate smooth accounting processes.

Requirements:

-Prior experience in customer support within the Shopify dropshipping industry.
-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in using ChatGPT for language translation.
-Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info and WhatsApp for professional communication.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
