We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the book publishing industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the publishing space and possess excellent English communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone,
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the Clients' Dashboard
Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the book publishing industry
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency with Google Drive and Gmail
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
