Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service and a knack for social media?

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Superhero and social Media Strategist! In this role, you'll wear two capes, providing exceptional service to our customers while crafting a killer social media strategy that builds brand awareness and engagement.

Customer Service Rockstar:

Be the friendly face (or voice) of our company, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Become a product/service whiz, able to answer questions and troubleshoot concerns with a smile.
Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, fostering positive relationships and brand loyalty.
Social Media Maven:

Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Create engaging content (think eye-catching visuals and informative captions) across various social media platforms.
Manage online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely and positive manner.
Analyze social media data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
A creative mind with a passion for social media trends and content creation.
Customer service experience with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.
