We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role requires excellent writing skills, as you will be interacting with students primarily through
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries through
Provide empathetic, clear, and effective communication in written form.
Understand and address student concerns, offering solutions and encouragement.
Promote our services in a subtle and respectful manner.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer support processes.
Requirements:
Excellent writing skills.
Availability from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, plus 1-2 hours daily on weekends.
Background in science or experience in the medical field.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Fast learning capabilities and a desire to grow within the company.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
Compensation:
$550 per month.
