Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email, with efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve issues regarding orders, refunds, exchanges, and shipping.
- Maintain a high level of service awareness at all times.
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements:

- Experience with previous dropshipping business
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Empathy and a deep understanding of customers’ needs.
