We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Customer Support Representative. As a CSR, you will be our client's front line ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Tasks include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
- Utilize CRM and Marketing Automation software (Zapier / GHL) to manage customer interactions and track customer data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Zapier (a must)
- Experience using GHL (Go High Level) and other Marketing Automation software.
- Experience in using Chatgpt, Google Business Suite, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be able to work during US EST hours
