Customer Support Manager

Due to continued fast growth, we are seeking an experienced customer support agent to support in guest communications and management. The role will include communicating directly with guests and completing admin tasks to help with day to day operations, working alongside the Operations Manager, Team Leaders and soon other Customer Support managers.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage and prioritise a range of tasks

Excellent time management across a range of activities

Good computer skills and experience using web-based applications

Reliable and fast internet connection

An eye for detail and an absolute commitment to quality

The ability to work in a self-managed way as well as working well within a team

Excellent telephone manner

Ability to accept and execute tasks with the need for follow up

An individual who is hardworking, flexible, reliable and trustworthy

Minimum 1 year experience in customer support required

Preferred:

Experience using online travel agencies (OTAs)

Experience using channel managers (Preferably Tokeet)

Experience using Stripe

Salary - £3.50/hour

Commission available also on top of wage!

Hours - 37.5 per week

Monthly pay £525= $668 as of 18/03/2024
